This policy describes how returns and statutory withdrawal work for consumers in the European Union when purchasing from our store, subject to product-specific limits. The operator is established in Germany; mandatory consumer law in your country of residence may also apply where relevant.
Applicable law
Statutory rights under the law of your EU country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be limited by contract. German law governs these terms where permitted alongside EU consumer rules.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period begins when you receive the goods. To exercise the right, send a clear statement to the contact details in the Impressum or use the email text in the footer.
Exceptions
Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded if national law allows such an exception after the seal was removed.
Return shipment
Unless we provide a prepaid label, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by law. Goods must be returned without undue delay and in substantially the same condition, ordinary handling permitted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we refund payments using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed. Refund timing follows statutory requirements once eligibility is confirmed.
Non-conformity
Legal warranty rights for defective goods remain unaffected by this policy.
